Lyophilized material to be reconstituted with 6 mL of LC-MS grade water or buffer.
Contains the following compounds:
Thiamine pyrophosphate-D3 (TPP-D3, Thiamine diphosphate-D3, TDP-D3)
Pyridoxal-5'-phosphate-D3 (PLP-D3)
Usage ratio: 1 part to 1 part of sample (e.g., whole blood or serum).
Example from our method: Add 50 µL of internal standard to 50 µL of sample.
