- Each box contains 10 vials of 6 mL, providing sufficient material for up to 300 mL of serum samples.

Internal standard mix, ready for use:
Lyophilized material to be reconstituted with 6 ml LC-MS grade water or buffer.
Contains the following compounds:
Metanephrine-D3
Normetanephrine-D3
3-Methoxytyramine-D4 (3-MT-D4)
Usage ratio: 1 part to 5 parts sample (e.g., urine, saliva, or serum).
Example from our method: 100 µl of internal standard to 500 µl sample. (In our method the Internal standard is five times diluted with buffer and 500 µl of buffer is added to 500 µl sample)
